— The Service Owner is accountable for a specific service (Infrastructure, Application or Professional Service) with in Cambopay regardless of where the technology components or professional capabilities reside. To ensure that a service is managed with a business focus
— The Service Owner is a single point of accountability that is absolutely essential to provide the level of attention and focus required for its delivery.
— Service owner: Defines, plans, and manages sourced elements of the service, and performance on behalf of sourcing organization.
— The Service Owner is responsible for continuous improvement and the management of change affecting the service sunder their care.
— The Service Owner is a primary stakeholder in all of the processes which enable or support their dedicated services.
— Do market analyzing on assigned services
— Do competitor analyzing on assigned services
— Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned partners.
— Making sales pitch, prepare proposals,contracts, presentation, other sales document, generate/win new business in assigned partners.
— Meeting and liaising with partners to discuss/solve problems occurred during deploying phase/life cycle of projects/services
— Coordinator between partners and internal project teams to ensure communication flows effectively, the timely and successful delivery of project or trouble shooting.
— Coordinate with company personnel(supplier manager, marketing, customer care, BA, IT, finance...) in order to meet partner’s expectations and sales target.
— Coordinate with Finance Dept. to ensure payment collection from partners.
— Co-work with marketing, BA, IT in order to improve our services in functions, features, and end-user UI/UX (User interface, User experience)
— Participate in meeting of project teams,oversee the status of project/service to report to sales director.
— Fulfill other tasks delegated by sales director.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluent English and Khmer skills both spoken and written, can speak Vietnamese is a Plus.
- Positive attitude/Service mind based, good interpersonal relationship.
- Willing to work as shift.
- Computer skill/ internet usage.
- Negotiation, problem solving skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
