Position Summary :

1.      Achieving sales targets in the area of responsibility or assigned by superior

2.      Completing reports and assigned tasks accurately and on time.

3.       Performing professional manner when handling problem-solving.

5.      Executing delegation of duty from superior.

Job Description :

1.  Making schedule for visiting customers

2.Collecting and developing some gathering information to back up sales productivity.

3.  Collecting information about competitive companies.

4. Doing activity of sale to reach sales targets

5.  Receiving and carrying out instructions, assignments from direct superior in dealing with customers.

6. Receiving and handling sales orders, and other information.

7.  Updating the list of new agencies and shops.

8.  Estimating and analyzing sales weekly.

9. Coordinating with every interconnected department/division in handling sales process.

10.  Undertaking other duties assigned by a superior.

11.    Exchanging business information with customers.

12. Giving or searching solution to the problems faced in doing at work.

13.Making decisions according to responsibility and authority pursuant to priority.

14. Doing evaluation on execution of duty as according to plan work and the goals work

15. Controlling customers’ account receivable and supporting collectors in order to minimize customers’ debts.

16.Reporting timely to the superior about problems, obstacles relating to the assigned tasks.

17. Making periodic report to superior as stipulated.

18. Suggesting idea sand being responsible for displaying products in shops.

19.  Suggesting ideas to support the superior in enlarging market and increasing sales.

20. Proposing system change & procedure work of Salesman.

Render most actually needful sell data so watering down deep do marketing's job analysis’s departments. 


Job Description : 

1.       Making weekly work schedule / day to day.

2.       Doing job medium arrangement (lay out).

3.       Making marketing's sell and activity reporting toprincipal.

4.       Gathering sells data of Branches.

5.       Doing sell data summary that needed by corporate

6.       Making product's data new

7.       Making new material sell price / price change sells

8.       Making intern / outward letter external

9.       Making proposal / buy contract of agent

10.   Cooperate with sales team to set up distribution system

11.   Making reporting to superior
