1 position Location in Kampot Province

1 position Location in Preah Vihear province

1 position Location in Siem Reap

1 position Location  in Kandal province

Job Responsibilities: 

1.   Recruit and manage agents, monitor and review their productivity.
2. Develop and facilitate the execution of training strategies to support agency. 
3. Act as key person to communicate between Company and Agency.
4.  Provide product orientation to partner institution and clients.
5.  Assist team in supervising and coordinating the marketing and promotional activities.
6. Directly supervise sand monitors the sales agents for its selling, marketing and administration activities.
7.   Monitor the overall sales performance and provides analysis of sales matrix for continuous development of strategies.
8.   Performs other functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

 

Job Requirements:

1.   Bachelor Degree in Management,Marketing or related field.
2.  At least 2 years of working experiences related with Insurance/Financial Institution.
3. Understand the concept of Basic Insurance.
4. Good command in English. 
5. Computer skill on MS. Office.
6. Good presentation,interpersonal and negotiation skills.
7. Honest,loyal, hard-working and committed.
8. Willing to work at field and able to work under pressure.
9. Immediately available is highly preferred.
