PRODUCT CONSULTANT

Main Rolesand Responsibilities

·        To display company’s products in eye catching position

·        Work with customers and suppliers to enhance sales

·        Fully be aware of Target and track weekly achievement Vs. Target inboth Unit and Amount.

·        To be capable in Story-Telling and to identify key differences ofcompetitor's claim.

·        To timely report Shop front information whenever it affects toSell-Out to Channel Manager (Such as Competitor’s activities, change ofCompetitor’s policy, change of store policy or regulatory).

·        To track and keep record for Shelf share (Company vs. Competitors),Shop share (Company vs. Competitors) according to company’s guideline andstandard template and ready to present anytime.

·        Provide feedback to management on competitive developments in themarket

·        Work with customers to present the benefits and competitive advantageof products

Requirements

·        At least 1-year experience in promotion activities of mobile phones or other related field

·        Finished grade 12

·        Female is preferred and only at age between 18to 28

·        Able to use English skill

·        Good attitude, customer oriented, excellent interpersonal andpresentation skills, likes people!

·        Smart, must be able to understand and work with a wide range ofproducts

·        Able to work on Saturday and Sunday and up to 6pm.

·        Able to work over time

·        Able to work in shops

IMRETAIL EXECUTIVE

Main Rolesand Responsibilities

·        To develop Sub-dealer shop network and build strong relationship withShop Owner/Manager in assigned area.

·        To develop more potential Retail Shop with high traffic (Sub Dealer,Retailer) in order to increase Hi-End model selling capability.

·        To fully take responsibility of Retail Asset in good condition andfollow company’s guideline.

·        To track and keep record for Shelf share (Company vs. Competitors),Shop share (Company vs. Competitors) according to Head office’s guideline andstandard template and ready to present anytime.

·        To acquire Prime Location and Promotion area.

·        To display POP, POS and all marketing display materials according to company’sguideline in time manner.

·        To check inventory and make sure stock availability to cover Salesespecially for Weekend and public holidays.

·        To fully understand the process of stock fulfillment, orderingprocess.

·        Timely new products launch display.

·        To fully be aware of Target and track weekly achievement vs. Target inboth Unit and Amount.

·        To timely report Shop front information whenever it affects toSell-Out to Client Executive or Client leader (Such as Competitor’s activities,change of Competitor’s policy, change of store policy or regulatory).

·        To provide product training/knowledge to Shop Owner/Manager and Salesstaff at Shop front in time manner.

·        To ensure top key shops in each retail hub has product promoter/savailable in order to secure in house share and retail asset acquirement.

Requirements

·        At least 2 year-experience in promotion activities of mobile phones or other related field

·        Associate degree or bachelor degree ofsale and marketing or other related field

·        Male is preferred

·        Intermediate English understanding and spoken preferred

·        Good attitude, customer oriented, excellent interpersonal andpresentation skills, likes people!

·        Smart, must be able to understand and work with a wide range ofproducts

·        Able to work on Saturday and Sunday and up to 6pm.

·        Able to work overtime.

IM ROADSHOW MC

Main Rolesand Responsibilities

·        Planning and preparing a roadshow event activities or agenda schedulein areas assigned

·        Deliver a promotion or sales pitch to general audience or publicproduct training or presentation

·        Leading a fun activity or discount or lucky draw to make the eventmore attractive

·        Dealing with customer questions or complaints in the event

·        Preparing report and other administration task

Requirements

·        At least 1 year-experience in MC in promotion activities ofmobile phones or other related field

·        Finished grade 12

·        Male is preferred

·        Intermediate English understanding and spoken preferred

·        Good attitude, customer oriented, excellent interpersonal andpresentation skills, likes people!

Due to expansion of the promotion activities, we are looking for more Product Consultant, Retail Executive, Roadshow MC, and Roadshow PC to work in Phnom Penh and Kondal province, Cambodia. The positions are intended for young people who want to pursue a career in Sales & Marketing.
